To ensure a smooth experience for all our guests, the following terms apply to all direct bookings:

• Standard Cancellation Policy:
  
  • More than 5 Days Notice: If you cancel your reservation more than five full days before your arrival date, you will receive a full refund.
  • Less than 5 Days Notice: Cancellations made within five days of your arrival date are non-refundable.
• Processing Your Refund: * Any eligible refund will be sent back automatically to the original card used for payment.
  
  • Note: While we initiate refunds immediately, please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
• Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that guests take out personal travel insurance to cover any unforeseen changes to their plans.
